After doing some research I realized that could have saved money buying an after market regulator and reuse my existing motor which works fine. Below I've linked a video showing how to transfer the existing motor from broken regulator brand new aftermarket one. So buying an aftermarket regulator can save over $100 by using your existing motor or even my used motor, This video shows the whole process, including installing a on. Buying the regulator from Tesla which includes a new motor is $240.

The regulator it was attached to failed and replaced with a genuine Tesla which comes new motor. If only your motor has failed I would recommend replacing the regulator as well it is weak and a common failure point. The after market ones cost around $70. This is a used, but in good working condition, driver side Window Regulator motor pulled from 2013 Tesla model.
