We carefully remove the window regulators and ensure frame is not bent motor works well. This is the correct replacement for a Mercedes W124 sedan, or t124 wagon - does not fit on coupe cabriolet.

I removed this off a 1990 300E, but it will work on all non-coupe 124 model's with four doors including wagon. Just unbolt your old one, put this one in, and you're good to go again. Confirmed working motor, which has been bench-tested in both directions, and found to have good torque, constant speed, with no fluctuations. The regulator is straight and not bent, has little to no wear on teeth, includes removable aluminum rod pictured.
